We are contributing knowledge at a pace that the students feel comfortable with. We also contribute a learning experience for the employees that will teach them how to deal with the everyday situations when employed at a school or organization along with the behind the scenes of teaching.

Students will be learning with a tutor that can switch between visual, intuitive, analytical, creative, hands-on, and other mindsets that are difficult for school teachers to group-teach. This is where 1-on-1 lessons are more effective.

Parents will get to know and mingle with other parents. I witness friendships made everyday between parents from different districts. This leads to their children meeting and becoming great friends too! This creates a positive environment for everyone. A positive environment lends patience when things get frustrating; as is the case when learning something difficult. This Bleeding Effect helps students learn more efficiently and saves the parent's money longterm.

I have worked with many educators, schools, and companies. All of them want to hire employees that have directly transferable experience and skills. This leads to a vicious cycle, "you need experience to get a job but, you need a job to get experience". Joey's Studio solves this problem by never requiring a degree for a job and by creating various opportunities for students and employees. Any employees that want to a higher position will need to learn in a title that mimics those conditions. Leadership roles will serve double duty. The employee managing their own section(s) will actually be leading the section(s) whilst simultaneously being coached on leading efficiently and effectively by their leader.
